Parties and Special Events: Events/parties are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To verify availability for the date and time of your event, complete and submit the booking request form. Should availability be confirmed, you will be asked to pay a $50 non-refundable booking Fee* to hold your reservation.

Payments may be made by debit or credit card via square or by E-transfer to wickedfacesfp@gmail.com

Remaining balances payments may be made by cash, debit or credit card via square or by E-transfer to wickedfacesfp@gmail.com. 

Parties must be paid in full by the end of the event.

* Booking Fees are non-refundable unless cancellation of the event is made in accordance with the cancellation terms below.

Please Note: Parties booked within a week of the party date will be required to pay in full at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation the booking fee of $50 will still be retained unless cancellation of the event is made in accordance with the cancellation terms below. 

Wicked Faces is committed to all booked events.  However, should we be required to cancel your event/party due to unforeseen circumstances (including, but not limited to: emergencies, severe inclement weather (Environment Canada weather warnings), accident, severe illness, or death, you will receive a full refund of any payments made (including the $50 Booking Fee).  If applicable, a notice of cancellation will be provided as far in advance as possible. 

Otherwise the Booking Fee will be available to be used toward rescheduling, a gift certificate or a future booking.

Wicked Faces will endeavour to accommodate any rescheduling requests you may have.  Any rescheduling requests should be provided with as much advance notice as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is at the discretion of Wicked Faces.  If a request to reschedule cannot be accommodated, you may request a cancellation of your booking and will be subject to the cancellation terms above.  

We are  based in Ottawa South (Hunt Club area).  Distance charges will not be incurred for travel if your event/party is within 35 km. However, for events/parties requiring us to travel further than 35 km, a distance charge of $2 per km will be added.   
​At the time of booking, we will confirm whether additional distance charges apply. 
*Please note: Parties of less than 1 hour will not be available for long distance travel.*

Wicked Faces does NOT assume any responsibility for the supervision of guests and their conduct or responsibility for damages or injuries that may occur due to negligence or unruly behaviour. 

Behaviour deemed inappropriate or aggressive will NOT be tolerated and Wicked Faces reserves the right to leave the event/party should the behaviour not be addressed by the host.  

The client is responsible for ensuring that children are fully supervised at all times and that appropriate behaviour is maintained by all in attendance during your princess' visit.

All of our paints and products are FDA approved, child safe and are approved under the Canadian Health board.

Wicked Faces is NOT responsible for allergic or adverse reactions to any paints/supplies, or products used during the event/party.  
It is the clients' responsibility to notify us, at the time of booking, of any allergy restrictions and/or concerns. We are happy to provide an allergy patch test to anyone with allery concerns. 

It is the clients' responsibility to obtain the permission of parents or guardians for each guest before Face Paint and/or Glitter Tattoos can be applied. 

We will not apply Face paint or Glitter Tattoos to any guest under the age of 2 years old. 

We follows a strict code of practice related to hygiene. All products are routinely sanitized both during and after all events. 
​We only use paint that is covered under our insurance. We cannot use any provided paint or cosmetic supplies.

As we have lots of supplies to move around, Parking must be made available for the party or event.

Photos may be taken at any time during a party or event!

Images taken by, or provided to, Wicked Faces from any event/party may be maintained and/or used for the sole purpose of promoting the company and its' services, either electronically or in print. Wicked Faces does not publish or use photos/images without expressed consent from the parent or guardian and names are not disclosed.   

Wicked Faces welcomes your personal photo(s) of the party/event at Wickedfacesfp@gmail.com.  Please remember to provide, in your email, a written statement of consent to use your photo(s) and/or image(s) on Wicked Faces official website, Facebook, Instagram or in print publications.
